By defining an OmniZone geometry or utilizing the AWAREA platforms (including the iOS/Android Observer Apps and Vanguard Hardware Nodes), you hereby authorize AWAREA Global Corporation to physically interact with, de-authenticate, and isolate 802.11 and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) emissions originating strictly within your documented geofence. You declare under penalty of perjury that you are the lawful owner or authorized administrator of the physical property mapped within the OmniZone parameter.
If purchasing Tier 03 (Sovereign Estate / The Cloak), AWAREA Global Corporation will dispatch a physical compute node ("Vanguard") to your property. This hardware remains the intellectual property of AWAREAGlobal Corporation. Tampering, reverse-engineering, or physical dismantling of the Vanguard mesh hardware will result in immediate termination of the sovereignty cloak and a minimum hardware replacement fine of $4,500.
AWAREA operates strictly within FCC Guidelines for Part 15 devices. The platform does not perform wide-spectrum jamming. AWAREA utilizes targeted de-authentication frames mapped strictly to unauthorized MAC addresses breaching your digital property lines. Users agree they will not utilize the OmniZone tools to artificially project boundaries over public streets or neighboring properties.
While the AWAREA platform provides defense-grade spatial awareness and isolation capabilities, it cannot guarantee absolute immunity from physical surveillance or state-sponsored RF interception techniques operating outside commercial spectrums.
